Married at First Sight is onto its fourteenth season on Lifetime in 2022. The season has seen the experts pair Chris and Alyssa, Noi and Steve, Jasmina and Michael, Katina and Olajuwon and Lindsey and Mark together. They’ve all met for the first time and immediately moved their way into married life, but whether they’ll actually work out is questionable.

From Alyssa and Chris’ non-starter of a marriage to the friction-filled romance of Mar and Lindsey, there’s been a whole lot going on during Married at First Sight season 14 so far…

Meet Married at First Sight’s Lindsey Georgoulis

Lindsey Georgoulis is a 34-year-old Healthcare Project Manager who hails from Boston.

She was paired with 37-year-old Regional Sales Director Mark Maher who also calls Boston ‘home’.

When the pair was first married, things got off to a pretty good start and both had high hopes for their marriage, but as the weeks have rolled on, things don’t appear to be so peachy between Lindsey and Mark.

Lindsey is ‘The Wild Card’

Lindsey ‘The Wild Card’ and Mark ‘Mr Wicked Commited’ have been matched together on MAFS season 14.

During episode 5, Lindsey can be seen saying that she thinks she and Mark have “undeniable” chemistry.

Right from the off, Lindsey had the ability to rub some of her MAFS costars up the wrong way, however, in episode 5 Mark suggested that her awkward encounters with the other couples came down to her drinking three bottles of wine.

In their conversation about avoiding a repeat, Lindsey said: “For your sake, I don’t ever want to do that“.

MAFS: Lindsey and Mark have conflict in episode 8

In a snippet of MAFS USA season 14 episode 8, Mark and Lindsey can be seen getting into it over another awkward encounter with their costars.

Lindsey says to the group: “You can’t have intimacy with somebody unless you’ve had conflict with them first.“

Mark later says to Lindsey that she “shouldn’t have said that” and that he felt “awkward“.

The two end up in an argument which ends with Lindsey telling Mark to “call his mom” and Mark telling her to “have another drink“.

Lindsey later says that she thinks she’s “done” and calls Mark an “idiot“.

Some viewers of the clip thought that Lindsey’s comments to her husband were harsh and tweeted: “Lindsey really resorts to belittling Mark every time he doesn’t side with her. His living conditions, income, etc. iont Ike that.“

Another Twitter user wrote: “Lindsey needs to realize she’s not the boss of everyone else there. If Katina wants to roll her eyes, that’s her body and her eyes and she can do what the hell she wants.“
