The actress was charged with misdemeanor retail theft in January. According to Lancaster Online, the incident happened at the Building Character retail complex on North Queen Street. Cherry is seen entering the changing room with a $28 Moda International shirt and exiting without it, according to surveillance video. The item of apparel was not discovered in the changing room after a check. Cherry is an actress and model who worked in the adult entertainment sector before being founded by the showrunner of Euphoria.
